Accommodations

To receive the group rates, attendees must confirm their reservations by contacting the hotel’s reservations department at 1-888-669-5566 and requesting "reservations" or by booking through the hotel’s website. Enter the property, event start date, and group ID number (#3830038) in the box to access the group rates. Reservations must be made at least forty-five days prior to the event start date, which is the reservation deadline. Attendees should identify themselves as part of the group and mention the event name, providing the following details:

• The date of check-in (arrival date)

• The date of check-out (departure date)

 

A guarantee is required via a major credit card accepted by the hotel, cash, or debit. Please note that the hotel does not accept personal cheques.
